The following features are included in all TiVaHost development packages.

Website Platform
WordPress Content Management System. WordPress is one of the most popular systems used to run websites, running over 60 million websites. WordPress is simple to learn, and requires no technical knowledge to use.

Responsive Design
This means that your website will display beautifully on any device, phone, tablet, or computer.

Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
We will include a "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" with all websites. These pages do not count towards your package limit.

Contact Form
Visitors can easily contact you. The information is sent to you via e-mail.

Number of Pages Possible
While the number of pages we create for you are determined by the package you select, you are able to add an unlimited number of pages to your website.

Stock Images
Each development package includes a pre-defined number of stock images for use on your website.

Website Copy-Editing
In most cases you are responsible for providing us with the content for your website in electronic format. We will proof-read your written content, fix spelling and grammar errors, and re-work it to make it suitable for use on your website.

NOTE: We are able to research and write the content for your website for an additional fee.

Blog / News Section
Want to keep your site updated with new blog posts, or news? We can easily add a blog or news section and teach you how to use it.

Photos / Videos
We can incorporate photos and videos into your website, depending on your need. There is also an option to add a photo gallery to your site as well.

Social Media
Your new website can be linked to social media in several different ways. We can have your news and blog posts automatically posted to your social media accounts, and/or you can show your latest Tweets on your website, and more.

Website Optimization
All of the websites we build are optimized to allow search engines to find the site easily, and index it.

Google Analytics Setup
We can set up Google Analytics on your website, which can track statistics about the users that visit your site.

Sitemap Submission
We will submit your sitemap to Google so that your new website gets indexed by Google quicker. In some cases we are able to have a new website listed on Google within a few minutes.

Google Advertising Credits
We offer various Google AdWords promotions to new customers. The promotion varies from time-to-time, and depends on the country you are based in. More details can be provided by contacting our Sales Department.

WordPress Training & Support
We will provide WordPress training once your new website is completed, so that you will be familiar with the most commonly-used functions.

Additional Notes

Data Entry Time Frame
The time frame for adding content to a client's website is dependent on the client providing all required information (text, photos, videos, etc.) about their business in a timely manner so that our copywriters can use it to develop the content for the various pages.

TiVaHost Hosting Plan
During checkout you will be given the option to purchase a TiVaHost hosting plan. We highly recommend purchasing a hosting plan for your new site. Our hosting offerings are very competitively priced, and outperform many of our competitors.

We recommend starting with a "Standard" hosting plan. It is easy to upgrade to a different plan in the future if it becomes necessary. You can find a full list of our hosting plans and features on our Hosting Plans page.

If you do decide to purchase a hosting plan your payment will be collected at the time of checkout, however your hosting plan will not be activated until your website is ready to launch. This ensures that you get the full benefit of your hosting account, and are not paying for hosting during the development process.

NOTE: If you choose the Rent-to-Own billing option, a TiVaHost hosting plan is REQUIRED until the website creation cost has been paid off.

Website Development Process
We have broken the development process down into 7 steps. This allows you to easily measure the progress of your website as it is being created. We will guide you through the process as we go, letting you know how things are going, requesting any information we may need, etc. You do not need any technical skills to have a website created for your business.
